For many of us, love feels elusive. We may hear the words "I love you," but deep inside, we may not fully feel it. Life’s burdens, unhealed wounds, and old stories can create barriers that prevent us from experiencing the love we deserve—starting with the love we give ourselves.
This retreat is for women and men who are ready to lay those burdens down. It's for those yearning to reconnect with their hearts, cultivate self-love, and live from a space of true, embodied love.
Through somatic therapy and the sacred wisdom of plant medicine, this experience offers a path to healing, connection, and transformation.
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from love. For years, I sought love outside of myself, not realizing that the love I craved could only be found within.
When I embarked on my journey to Peru to experience plant medicine, I set an intention: to open myself to love, embody love, and create from love. The medicine I worked with, San Pedro (Huachuma), helped me release emotional armor I had carried for so long. It allowed me to unburden myself, feel love within my own body, and generate the oxytocin—the “love hormone”—I had been missing.
This profound experience, surrounded by other women and men, inspired me to create a retreat where women and men can:
Heal deep emotional wounds.
Open their hearts to love.
Reconnect with their true selves.
Experience transformation in a supportive, sacred environment.
Love Meets Liberation: In this sacred space, we weave the gentle wisdom of somatic yoga with the transformative energy of plant medicine, inviting you to release the weight of old stories, reconnect deeply with your heart, and step boldly into a life filled with freedom, love, and authenticity. This is your time to heal, to rise, and to truly embody the liberation you deserve.

Wachuma, also known as San Pedro, is a sacred cactus-based plant medicine native to the Andes Mountains of South America, particularly Peru. It has been used for thousands of years by indigenous cultures for spiritual, healing, and ceremonial purposes. The active compound in Wachuma is mescaline, a natural psychoactive substance that induces profound spiritual experiences, heightened awareness, and emotional healing. It is often referred to as a “plant teacher” or “plant master” and is considered a male spiritual guide that helps individuals connect deeply with themselves, nature, and the divine.
Wachuma ceremonies typically focus on introspection, healing, and gaining clarity on life’s challenges, fostering balance and inner peace. The experience with Wachuma can guide you to a deeper connection with MotherNature and your inner child, helping you face life with a new perspective, finding balance and inner peace.
A Mapacho purge cleanse is a traditional healing ritual using Mapacho, a powerful and sacred tobacco native to the Amazon rainforest. Mapacho is often used in indigenous Amazonian ceremonies for its grounding and purging properties.
During a Mapacho cleanse, the individual may experience intense physical and emotional sensations as the tobacco helps clear mental and physical stagnation. This process can involve sweating, nausea, or vomiting, which are seen as a release of toxins or harmful energies. The ritual often serves as a purification, allowing the person to reset their body, mind, and spirit.
During this retreat, plant medicine ceremonies will be facilitated by an experienced shaman to ensure a safe and supportive experience. Before the retreat, participants will have the opportunity to join a call with the shaman to ask questions and prepare for the journey.
Mapacho Ceremony (3–4 Hours): This ceremony focuses on cleansing, releasing, and grounding. Through sacred rituals involving Mapacho, participants are guided to release heavy energy and align with their true selves.
Wachuma (San Pedro) Ceremony ( full ): This transformative experience is guided by the spirit of Wachuma and the shaman's wisdom. The day includes the medicine, cleansing rituals, personalized support, and the shaman's energy to help participants connect deeply and embrace transformation.
Somatic yoga differs from traditional Western yoga by focusing on grounding in the body and reconnecting with its innate wisdom through sensation and feeling. Instead of prioritizing poses or shaping the body into specific forms, somatic yoga emphasizes the practice of listening to and noticing what’s unfolding within the body as it naturally flows in and out of movements.
By practicing somatic yoga, you can expect benefits such as:
Enhanced self-awareness and connection to your body.
Reduced stress and tension through gentle, mindful movements.
Improved emotional regulation by processing stored feelings and energy.
Greater resilience and the ability to navigate life’s challenges with presence.
A deeper sense of grounding, calm, and inner balance.
Somatic yoga is an invitation to be present with yourself, honor your body’s unique rhythm, and cultivate a sense of healing from within.
Thai bodywork is a therapeutic practice combining massage, gentle stretching, and energy work to release tension, improve mobility, and restore energy flow. Through the healing power of touch, it fosters connection, reduces stress, and creates a sense of safety and care. Thai bodywork supports healing by relieving physical discomfort, balancing energy, enhancing circulation, and releasing stored emotions. This deeply relaxing practice promotes overall well-being and aligns the body, mind, and spirit.

In December, Peru experiences its rainy season, with fluctuating temperatures. Early mornings and late evenings can be quite cold, while daytime often brings warm sunshine. To stay comfortable, pack warm clothing for cooler times and layers you can easily remove when it warms up.
For the ceremony, specific attire is suggested:
Women: Please pack a dress in white, cream, or yellow.
Men: Please pack clothing in white, cream, or yellow.
These items will be worn during the ceremonial activities, so it’s important to include them in your packing.
How does this retreat support healing trauma and personal transformation? This retreat is designed to guide you on a journey of healing and personal transformation, addressing trauma at its root and empowering you to reclaim a sense of wholeness.
The somatic practices, particularly somatic yoga, help you reconnect with your body, fostering a sense of safety and agency.
Trauma often causes disconnection, as many of us dissociate from the body to protect ourselves. These practices create a space where you can gently return to your body, rediscover your inner strength, and feel self-empowered to heal from within.
The integration of plant medicine allows you to access deeper layers of your subconscious, reaching parts of yourself that may remain hidden in a conscious state. This profound exploration helps release trauma stored in your unconscious, supporting a transformative healing process.
Additionally, touch and sound therapy are woven into the experience, harmonizing your body (soma), mind (psyche), soul, and spirit. This holistic approach creates a sense of integration, oneness, and completeness within yourself.
Through this retreat, you will cultivate a deeper self-love and inner support. As you heal and transform, you’ll embody the essence of love, empowering you to create, serve, and live authentically from a place of love. This experience is not just about healing but about remembering your wholeness and stepping fully into your power.
